Amanda Crane is the daughter of Marina Crane and George Crane. She is the twin sister of Oliver Crane.

History

Amanda was conceived during her mother, Marina's secret love affair with the soldier, George Crane. Her father died during battle and that's when her uncle, Philip, offered to marry Marina and raise Amanda and her brother as his own. Marina eventually accepted and Philip raised the children in Gloucestershire with Marina.

Notes and Trivia

• In the books, she and her brother Oliver are the biological children of Phillip, but in the Netflix show they are the biological children of his brother George, but are being raised by Philip as his own after he marries Marina.
