Jeffries is Simon's butler.

History[]

Shortly after Simon's return to London, Jeffries came to wake Simon in the morning and informed him that Lady Whistledown had written about him again and asked if Simon wanted to know what she'd said.[1]

After ending his arrangement with Daphne, Simon instructed Jeffries to do what he needed to hasten Simon's departure from London.[2]

Jeffries later had a painting Simon's mother had loved back to his place at his request.[3]

Shortly after Simon's return to Clyvedon, Jeffries prepared his office and told him it was ready for him to work. When Simon argued that he was on his honeymoon, Jeffries reminded him there was lots of work to be done.[4]

Jeffries witnessed the increasing tension between Simon and Daphne after a secret came to light in their marriage.[5]
