Lord Basilio is one of the gentlemen of the ton.
History[]
Lord Basilio attended Lady Danbury's Four Seasons Ball, the first ball of the 1815 season. At the ball, he talked to Francesca Bridgerton, one of the season's debutantes. He asked her about her hobbies and after telling him she played pianoforte, she became uncomfortable with the conversation and excused herself.[1]
Lord Basilio was at a ball when Penelope Featherington approached him and began flirting with him. When he started to cry, he explained to her that his horse had recently died.[2]
