Mister Harris is an employee of the print shop where Penelope has the Whistledown pamphlets printed.
History[]
Negotiating with Penelope[]
Penelope, posing as a servant of Lady Whistledown and faking an Irish accent, came to Harris's print shop to negotiate a deal to have him print the pamphlets. She got a very good deal by saying her mistress always got what she wanted and could easily take her business elsewhere. She also negotiated a raise for the delivery boys.
Penelope returned later with an issue she wanted printed before noon. She offered him extra money to be quick and warned him that delays would become more frequent.[1]
Later, when Penelope made a deal with Genevieve to deliver her writings in shipments from Genevieve's shop, Mister Harris retrieved them.[2]
After Cressida claimed credit for Lady Whistledown, Penelope very quickly wrote a new column and brought it to Mister Harris. She apologized for the late hour, but he said he'd do anything for Lady Whistledown.[3]
