Mrs. Colson is Simon and Daphne's housekeeper.
History[]
When Simon and Daphne came home to Clyvedon after their wedding, Mrs. Colson and the other servants greeted them upon their arrival. She told them she had a meal and a tour ready for them, but Simon instead whisked Daphne away to the bedroom.
Later, Daphne went to Mrs. Colson and went on the tour with her. Daphne started speaking immediately of redecorating, making Mrs. Colson uncomfortable, though she was unable to let that on.
Mrs. Colson saw Daphne and Rose putting together baskets and said she could have those assembled for her. All Daphne had to do was ask and Mrs. Colson would see to it.
Sensing the tension between them, Daphne went to Mrs. Colson and welcomed her guidance on how to run a household so grand as theirs. She also talked to Mrs. Colson about Simon's uneasy childhood, starting with his mother dying in childbirth.
Career[]
She is the housekeeper as Simon and Daphne's estate.
