Reggie is a shady guy with whom Lord Featherington placed his final bet.

Before Will's fight, Lord Featherington approached Reggie and Tom to place a large bet with them, saying he'd heard they could handle a large bet such as that. He bet against the heavily favored Will. As his word had become useless, he put the deed to his house up as collateral.
At the fight, Will lost, and Reggie and Tom watched as Lord Featherington celebrated. Later, Lord Featherington went to a room where a prostitute was supposed to be waiting and found Reggie and Tom there instead. They told him to come in. After he entered the room, they presumably killed him as his family was later informed that he'd died.
